Careers at ALUMIS
– room for ideas and development

Working at ALUMIS means shaping the future. As a medium-sized company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, we offer you an environment in which you can take on responsibility, help shape and grow.
We value team spirit, quality and long-term prospects – for people who want to get stuck in and make a difference.

Our history – grown with aspiration.

For over six decades, ALUMIS has stood for technical precision, high-quality materials and individual aluminum solutions.

In 1964, the foundation stone was laid at our site in Borgholzhausen – at that time still a plant of Schüco International KG, the production facility for aluminum products was put into operation with 30 employees.

After years of growth and the expansion of our product portfolio, we were sold from the Schüco Group in 2025 and ALUMIS GmbH & Co. KG was founded as a result. Since then, with around 170 employees in production, logistics and administration, we have stood for a modern, growing company that focuses on team spirit, innovation and personal development.

Our divisions – diversity with a system.

Whether development, production, sales or administration – at ALUMIS, everyone pulls together. Together, we drive ideas forward, design processes and create solutions that inspire.
