Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Implementing optimization potential in the area of operations with a focus on “technology”, “material flow” and “ergonomics”
- Time recording with REFA / MTM toolbox
- Independently drive forward the continuous improvement process (analysis / PDCA) and systematically evaluate and support idea management
- Moderation of (lean) workshops to map process flows in close cooperation with quality assurance and product development
- Permanent monitoring of the various phases of the product development process for selected products from the areas of furniture and industrial production (creation of work plans, production versions, etc., master data maintenance, evaluation of key production figures, creation of rework orders, optimization of devices, milling tools and programs)
PROFILE
- Completed technical/commercial training or studies in the field of industrial engineering or similar.
- Good SAP system knowledge and good MS Office skills
- First professional experience and knowledge in the field of process optimization, value stream analysis and material flow optimization,
- Initial experience with Lean and Six Sigma methods
- Experience in the areas of process description and process modeling
- Initiative with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of helping to shape improvements
- Affinity for digitalization in production
- Good organizational skills and cost awareness as well as strong communication skills
